All-in-one machine unable to interact with fax modem

I used my WinFax equipped with my fax-modem. But since I purchased a new PC, I lost my copy of WinFax. So I searched anywhere and when I finally found it, a new problem has arises. My All-in-one machine was unable to present a path to interact with the fax modem to send and receive faxes. What can I do to resolve it and what other devices can I use aside from all-in-one machine?

Hello Quin Matthews,

It seems there are some settings on the winfax that were tampered with and therefore you may need to look for its manual and see how such a problem has been addressed in it and also a possible way to fix it. You may also need to contact the supplier who sold you the device, and you still have the warranty have them repair or replace it for you.

But in case you need to purchase another machine, you may try the Brother 7820N, which apart form sending and receiving faxes will enable you to print, scan and copy documents. Faxing of documents in the Brother 7820N is done using an automatic feeder.
