This is the first time I bought Alcatel Pop C7 smartphone and to my very surprise I can notice slow working f this smartphone to which I ignored and now its been a month the Acatel Pop C7 started to show some touch problems like when I select any apps or try to open them, make any calls the touch does not work. Please tell me how to solve this problem.
Hi Chris, this has been the issue with Alcatel for several years now. The only remedy Chris is to somehow calibrate the Settings for the touch screen. Now enter Touch Settings, this is an option in settings menu, now tap Touch Calibration , and now select LCS Touch calibration. This will calibrate the touch lens for a much more better reaction to your fingertips. If the method will still not provide some response, try to long press the power on key so that you will be forwarded to the Profiles menu. Then try to long press the volume up key so you can reach the LCD area for calibration. And now long press the down volume key so you will be able to enter the LED area for calibration. This issue with Alcatel had not been resolve up to now so manual re-calibration of the device is the only option left for the owner.Â
