Advantages in using Adobe Dream Weaver

• The ability to view html pages during the editing design process.
• Easy to upload using FTP.
• Users can customize the look of the software. Menus, tabs, fonts, commands ad colors can be modify.
• Split view interface that allows user to build page quickly in the design view then modify the codes in the coding view.
• Flash/Plug ins/Applet elements can be added.
• Dreamweaver collides Java Script API and Utility API.
• Users can directly manipulate the configurations. Can customize menu's and can be arranged accordingly.
• Tabs can be added/remove.
• Built-in pop-up menu makes it easy to create professional webpages.
• Functional web forms that can be set easily to any emails.
• Server Side Include buttons is made ready available for use.
• Inclusion of many templates that makes easy for beginners to handle.
• Lay-outs of frames and templates made it easy.

Dreamweaver makes web design easy especially for beginners who don't have to know HTML. This is good for those who are fed up using plain codes in HTML. It's also an advantage to pro web designers where they can speed up their work so easily. There are other designers who makes messy codes on their websites, Dreamweaver makes your web design organized.

 

The files remain the same when you get to upload it directly to FTP.

The advantages of Adobe Dreamweaver

Adobe Dreamweaver is formerly known as Macromedia Dreamweaver which was originally created by Macromedia as a proprietary web development application. Macromedia was bought by Adobe Systems in 2005 and is now the developer of the software. Adobe Dreamweaver is available for both Mac OS X and Windows operating systems. To extend the core functionality of the software, Adobe Dreamweaver has the ability to use third party Extensions.

This is what web developers needed in writing HTML and JavaScript codes. Dreamweaver, like other HTML editors, edits files locally then uploads them to the remote web server using FTP, SFTP, or WebDAV. Dreamweaver CS4 now supports the Subversion [SVN] version control system.
