Hello.
This might be due to the registry errors. May be the registry memory has been relocated. You need to clean everything related to premier pro by using adobe cleaning tool. To know more about adobe cleaning tool and to download click on the link below.

Once you clean everything you need to again reinstall premier pro.

The error problem you have mentioned, many people are facing the same this days. To resolve the problem you can try a few things. At first close the adobe premiere or any application is running. Then go to users then your user name (library/Preference/adobe/premier pro). Now rename the folder called 6.0 to old 6.0. After that, restart it again. Hope this time the error won't show up. You can also try the adobe cleaning tool.
