Adobe Photoshop reference error on Line 161

Hello Whiz,

Is this a bug in Adobe Photoshop? I think so. When I try to use photomerge in Photoshop, I ended up with an error message. This is happening only to raw images or to jpeg image. I posted this error image in the Adobe forum waiting for solution. Hunting for solution, please help me to fix the error. Your help is great. Thanks.

Adobe Photoshop reference error on Line 161

In your computer search for Adobe Photoshop Prefs.psp files and move this to other location or delete this file. By temporarily moving this file or by deleting this you can now work with your photomerge features. But when you close the programme and will  try  to reopen it you will face the similar problem; so, you have to re-set the preferences again. It’s easier task to do in the start up.  All you have to do is in Windows— press down shift+ctrl+Alt key and in Mac press down Shift+Command+option keys.
