Hello

I have recently installed the Adobe Illustrator CS 6 on my system, and it was installed successfully.

Now when I am trying to open the software, it won't open and it gives me the following error on my screen:

Can’t open the illustrator

The error reads as:

Can’t open the illustrator. The  illustrator action does not have the correct number of

Operands for an operator

Offending operator: “d”

Can anyone please explain what is the root cause of the error and what should I do to get rid of it?

Waiting for your replies

Regards

Brian

Hello Brian,

In case you run any security tools on your computer, then you will need to either turn them off temporarily to test, or create an exception rule so that they won't scan AI files or at least configure them in such a way that will allow them to scan files only when reading and not writing them.

Hello Brian,

The program was installed successfully but the file are corrupted. I recommend that you Uninstall the software and look for another downloads. You can download it from http://download.cnet.com/windows/. The Creative Suite Cleaner Tool will help you for doing this too.
