Adobe Digital Editions error with computer authorization

Hello,

I have this error when I want to authorize Adobe Digital Editions. I have to say that I reinstalled my Windows 7 today and perhaps that could be the problem. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ?

Adobe Digital Editions error with computer authorization

Hello,

Adobe is a great company providing various designing tools with tremendously powerful features. The problem is appearing because you used the same Adobe ID to authorize any other PC that is preventing Adobe Digital Editions to authorize the current PC.

You have to deauthorize the previous PC and authorize the current one to prevent confliction.

1. Start Adobe Digital Editions.

2. Press and hold “Ctrl + Shift + D” to deauthorize Adobe Digital Editions. In the case of Mac, you have to hold “Shift + Command + D”.

3. Go to Help >> Authorize Adobe Digital Editions.

Now, your authorization process will complete with no error anymore.
