Hi there,

This is the error when I want to install some adds for Microsoft Server 2012 and I have to close the install wizard. Is there a solution for this ? Why I cannot make the proper install ?

Hello Charles

Try the following steps

(a) Download the Microsoft System update readiness too from here

(b) This tool will tell you which all update have gone corrupt.

(c) Download all the corrupt updates and reinstall them.

(d) Run Windows update.

(e) Now try adding roles once again.

(f) Repeat the process till such time you do not succeed , because you might still find certain updates corrupt or missing.
