I have accidentally deleted my document. My question, is there an available active data recovery software for Windows and Mac? I really need it. Any help would be appreciated.

Active data recovery software for Windows and Mac

Firstly, I would like you to advise to stop using the drive any further as chances of data recovery becomes less if deleted files are overwritten.
