The acrobat distiller cannot create the temporary folder error 3 when Acrobat is trying to create a file in the Windows temp directory in a file called Adobe Distiller. The issue occurs when the user performs the print operation to print the pdf file. The problem arises due to permission issues as the user is not assigned to get all the permission for the folder.
