Hi,

When trying to install my Ad-Aware software I‘m receiving an error after selecting the language that says “Access Violation at 784C421 in module kernel32.dll” followed by a second message “Access Violation on module RICHED20.dll”.

After clicking OK I receive another message “Line 412: Access Violation on module RICHED20.dll.” and a final error saying “Runtime Error in Install System Error code 1400 Invalid Window Handle”.

I’m using Windows XP Professional Version 2002 SP3.

How can I solve these errors?

This may cause due to malware. It is recommended to use a good updated anti-malware. Along with the anti-malware you may need to delete all the temporary files from your computer. And finally you also need to run System file checker. To do this you need to go to your command prompt and execute “SFC /scannow”, after that restart your pc and try install your Ad-Award.
