Hi,

I tried to transform my personal settings in the voice mail options of Microsoft Outlook 2010. I went to the Exchange Control Panel and received the error message. As per direction of the error message I took 15 minutes and got the error message again. I do not understand the reason. Have you any idea for the issue?

Please help.

Thanks in advance.

Try to make a new mailbox user on the destination forest. And then compare the attributes on this new mailbox account and your own mailbox account. Look for any differences. Check for the Role Assignment Policy that is assigned on each mailbox when it is created or enabled. All the enabled mailboxes should have a default policy. Set the policy by using the command below:

Set-Mailbox "mailbox name" -RoleAssignementPolicy "Default Role Assignment Policy"
