3D Crafter – An unrecoverable error occurred

Hello

I have windows 7 64 bit OS. I recently tried to install the 3D crafter software on my machine, but each time it ends up in the same error.

The screenshot of the error is attached below:

The error reads as:

3D Crafter

An unrecoverable error occurred. If you continue to receive this message please contact Amabilis at [email protected].  (#5)

Can anyone please help me solve the issue? I'll be really grateful for your help and guidance.

3D Crafter – An unrecoverable error occurred

Hello,

Amabilis is a support website that's available for 3D Crafter users to access self help in solving errors and problems encountered while using the software. It also is the main web based platform or website that you can access all information about 3D Crafter software including updates and new versions available for download.

Your error could be as a result of installation hitches which i would recommend, you uninstall the version of 3D Crafter you have & re-install it again.

You should also ensure you have installed Service Pack 6 for Microsoft's Visual Basic, which is a requirement for 3D Crafter software to able to run.
