16390 Error in QB saving record issue with only 1invoice

Hi,

Stephen i have a question please we are using QB Enterprise 10.0 wholesale. Getting problem only with 1 invoice from all systems. When i try to print that invoice it says you must save records before proceeding i choose yes. But when i choose yes it give 16390 error, unrecoverable error. Please advise how to fix it. I have all latest updates applied on QB.

There could be two reasons resulting in the runtime 16390 error.

1. There could be a bug into your database program (you better ask the developers of your database to fix it).

2. There might be some issues with your computer Registry files. Try to run the QuickBooks Desktop Install Diagnostic Tool to resolve the issue.

Try these,

  1. Restart your PC and check if it works,
  2. Make sure your printer works properly
  3. Try changing the location of the files you are going to save
  4. If possible try to reinstall this application
  5. If none of this works, you will have to contact your application provider
