Hi Utti, If computer gets 100% usage, this means computer either gets too much file saved and or caused by virus, spyware and malware. Your computer might get infected by these computer bugs, causes your computer reaches it's maximum capacity, up to 100% usage. To lower down the usage capacity, you need to do the following; * Go to Start, Run, type msconfig then press enter. * Start-up page will come-up, then uncheck everything in your start-up. * You may need to look for application that running and processes too much programs in your computer. * This may also caused by explorer.exe and takes all your CPU to process then go to regedit window, HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTSystemFileAssociations.avishellexPropertyHandler and delete the "default" value which has "{87D62D94-71B3-4B9A-9489-5fe6850dc73e}" These steps should lower down the usage capacity of your computer.

This can be a cause of

1. You are using a high tasking program in the background such as converting HD videos, downloading, etc. Also playing a high quality graphic game could also cause your CPU to run at its peek.

2. Computer Virus, Trojan Spyware etc could also cause this.

What you should do is Open the Task Manager and see what particular program is the highest in memory usage.

See example below:

Now once you see which program is running the highest you could end it by highlighting it right click then choose end process just be cautious on doing this because you may end a system process that may cause instability in your system. If you’re not sure if the process is a system process do a Google search on the process name.

On the number 2 case be sure to update you anti virus software and do a full scan no your computer, it should detect if your computer is infected by any kind of virus. Hope this solves the problem.

Thanks!!Mitch.
