I have a Samsung, Vista, Dual core laptop and I do not get pass the loading bar when I turn on the machine. I tried F2, F8 and F12 and they do not work. My attempts via safe mode to load previous configuration has failed.

Please assist me.

Vista is no longer connected to an ATT router (3600HGV).

I have been able to connect other computers and iPhone but I have no success with this specific computer.

Is there a way to avoid permission and authentication checks to make edits to a folder and it content? I have a program that rename, duplicate and relocate files from one folder to another. The challenge is that some folders deny me access. What can I do to turn off the excess security that is Windows 7 has?

Can you direct me to some useful information or provide step by step instructions with a problem I am experiencing? I was able to set up a WAMP on my desktop through the help I received in the past from this forum but I have forgotten a most of the information.

Please let me know what I need to do before our domain controller is upgraded to Server 2008 R2. What are the reasons on why Windows 7 should not be skipped instead of upgrading directly to Windows 8? How does server virtualization works?

I have recently written a program of my own to use CLP libraries to use with windows xp and it was working perfectly.

Recently I have changed my windows to windows 2008 server but my application now crashes. I also tried running it in windows 7 and it crashes here as well.

When I ran the program in windows 2008 server, the model loaded perfectly and was also solved but it crashes in the end.

It results in an error on my screen.

I have windows XP installed on my system with 2.4 GHz intel core 2 duo and 4 GB ram. I am facing some issues with parallels desktop.

I decided to delete the virtual machine and reinstall the windows. I did this, but it did not work. 

Then I reinstalled parallels and restarted my system but it resulted in the following error:

The message states:

Winxp – parallel desktop

Unable to allocate virtual machine memory!
