Do you think it’s possible that Mac block Google image search? If so, can you explain the details and provide solutions? Otherwise, maybe the Google is responsible. But why would they do that? They should provide us some good reasons. Or maybe there’s something wrong in my Mac. I hope it’s not just me. Please help anyone. I need some answers.

I have free website templates that people can download but I was unable to add a counter or tracker to list down the number of downloads. Right now, I want to trace each of them who got it and see how the template was utilized.
