I am currently working on a dissertation which is heavily based on a question and gather opinions of the public. Can anyone recommend me a good site that allows the designing of a questionnaire and collection of data? Also is there anyone who knows if there are sites which can help in the analysis of the data gathered? For instance, testing of hypothesis, correlations and, of course, more basic analysis.

How do I stop Google drive from uploading anytime I connect to the internet? The Google drive I install on my laptop has turned into a menace anytime I connect to the internet. It is always uploading files, even when there is no new file in the Google drive folder. I have tried all I could to the extent of removing all the file in the Google drive folder, yet it is still uploading.
