I got an error message while installing Adobe Reader X on my Windows, given below.

Want to reinstall different times but output was same error message.

Trying to get solution through web but failed to get one. Is this related with registry?

Please confirm me.

I’ve been struggling with the error on updating Adobe Reader. The update keeps popping up upon startup. When I click to install the update, it will continue with the installation but it will stop in the middle with an error of “Update failed”. It seems like there is a problem with the registry key as stated in the error below. How can I continue with the installation? Can I manually install it? If so, please send some help on how to do it. Thanks.

I am always facing problem with ‘Cron’. I am a user of ‘Mandriva 2010.2’. I have made 2 entries for helping me in backing up the mythTv system. I have also executed the listing service scheduler. I need the same to be executed outside from the usual directory cron times. I have therefore separated the same but it is not working. After editing the crontab in an editor and also restarted cron program, nothing happened and even the rebooting of the system doesn’t solve the problem. However, when I am executing the same through command line it is working properly. If anybody knows the solution to solve this, please help me. I will thankful for all your help.

I downloaded a PDF file from my email which is about 400KB in size only. I open it and tried to read it but it just crashed and stops working. I posted the screenshot of the error that I received.

I have Adobe Reader installed on my PC, and whenever I get down to the bottom of a page It takes me to the top of the next page automatically.

Is there any way to stay on the bottom or last line of a page without moving to the next page?

I need to edit some cartoon images with Adobe Photoshop but I don't know why there are certain pictures that have squares with red X mark on the top left corner. I could not get the exact image of the cartoon. What should I do with it?

I can connect through Filezilla but I like Dreamweaver so please help me on resolving this.

I have hundreds of PDF files and each one has to have its own unique password. Various people are working on these files. I have three hundred and fifty people working for me and they each have a password to access the files. Thirty five contact the administrator of the server to find out if they have access permissions.

Three hundred and fifty people work on three files each, every month (one batch). I need to generate passwords for each file in each batch. How can I do this quickly? Thanks.

I am trying to open Adobe Reader X in my email account with my Windows XP Home Edition PC. I am receiving error message: “AppName: acrord32.exe appVer: 10.0.0.396 modname: acrord32.dll modver: 10.0.0.407 offset: 00187035” keeps popping up. I tried to uninstall Adobe Reader and reinstall it again but the error is still there. I could not even open it on my desktop. Do any of you know any solution for this?
