Hi friends, I am using call center software for i Pad. Name of the app is CallCapture. This app works nicely for a couple of weeks. When I cleared the temporary files in my iPad since then the app doesn't work. When I open this app my iPad gets hanged. Should I uninstall the app or is there any other way to get the app.

Android has automation apps for example the AutomateIt. Can they play sound files during incoming calls? Looking for workaround to play custom audio file inside the call and not outside the call. Additionally to play custom audio file while call is put on hold.
