If a cell phone has wireless capabilities, does that automatically mean the phone can connect to MWireless (specific wireless to a certain University) or is that only certain models? I can upgrade my phone if need be. I currently have an iPhone 5 but I don't know if I need to upgrade in order to perform this task. Thank you.

I am ready for a new phone and I need to be able to connect to VPN through my phone. Which models, if any, are available to do this? I want to be sure that the phone I get has this capability but the store rep wasn't very helpful in giving me this information. Thank you.

The rep at the store told me that the phone I am considering has tri-band capability and that is good for me since I travel. I'm going to be traveling internationally soon and I need to be able to use my phone. I do not want to pay a lot of money for use of my phone but I need to have some way to communicate. I will be there for approximately one month so it may be better for me to purchase something I can use while I am there. Any suggestions? I always hear about 4G versus 3G and I get the basic understanding, 4G is better and I assume provides better service. But what does this really do for me? Do I really need to have a phone that gets 4G? Right now, I get 3G and everything works just fine. Do I need to worry that in a year or two I will need 4G? Thanks.

I was playing a game online and it was working fine, but when I try to play it now, it isn't working for me. It keeps freezing and I can't even play a minute of it. I'm not sure if I need to upgrade my laptop but I'm not getting an error it just stops. Help is appreciated.

I have a laptop about two years old, and recently I have been having issues with download speed. I'm unsure if it is my laptop, my connection, or possibly a combination of both. When I run certain programs, they do not show clear. I'm not sure exactly why. Certain programs run okay, while others the text looks blurry/fuzzy. Is it a setting on my computer? What can I do, if anything, to resolve this? It is quite annoying and interfering with my work!

I like to put my laptop to sleep rather than shutting down on occasion but I am finding that it is "waking up" before I want it to.  What could be the cause? It is sitting in a quiet room with nothing to disturb it so I am unsure why this is happening. I suppose I could just shut it all the way down but I'd prefer not to have to do that. Thanks.
