I have many videos in HD mp4 format, I want to convert them in 3gp format. I have premiere pro CS3 video converter, can I convert them in 3gp format. Is 3gp support in premiere pro cs3.

I have a Pentium 4 pc with 2G RAM, 1G 32 bit Video Card, 60 G of free HDD space that runs on xp 32 bit sp2.  I really would like to install CS3 on my pc but my concern is, will adobe creative suite 3 master collection work with the currents specs that I have?  Any insights?
