I am using MS-Outlook 2010 on my Windows Vista computer. I can’t seem to access hotmail mailbox and giving me an error telling me to upgrade to the latest version of Outlook Connector with choices to Upgrade Now or Remind Me Later. Choosing Upgrade Now does not have effect except for it will close the outlook window. How can I fix this so I can access my mails again?

One of my cousin was using Windows XP SP2 on her computer. But due to some reason it was needed to format. I was helping her to format and reinstall XP. After completing setup & outlook configuration she said she needs all her contacts of outlook. I don’t know how I can back her all contacts. I have kept whole hard disk back up. If anyone helps me to get back the contacts, I will be grateful.

I use outlook express for my mail communication purpose. I am facing a problem. I open an email and download an important excel/word file from attachment and also edit on the downloaded file. Then I save it but I don’t show any specific path. I see the file is saved. But where it has gone and saved, I could not find out.
