MS Outlook
I have some contacts in Lotus that I want to export to Outlook 2010. However, it is posted by Microsoft that this facility is available in Outlook 2003 but Outlook 2010 does not support this. Is there any way to do this? Please help me.

I am having a problem with Outlook 2010 and it is really annoying. After opening the email I want to save the images from the email. For this purpose when I right click on an image, one graphic image is coming between the toolbar and message.
It looks like some kind of progress bar. Also, an image which is like a red gradient is moving from left to right in the window. There is no way to find out whether the images are downloaded or not.
A save dialog box appearing will be very useful, but there is none. I don’t know what those images are for. If anyone knows how to solve this, please help me. Thanks for everything.

I'm using Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010. I want help to block the junk emails. Even if it is common that those people are always changing their email ids, does anyone have any idea on how to block these mails?

Yesterday, I installed and configured Microsoft Outlook 2010 and installed Hotmail connector plug-in order to use my two Hotmail accounts. At first, it all went good. Today, however, when I tried to sync process the send/receive, it gave me some error but only on my first account. The error number is: 0x8004102A

Outlook 2007 free/busy data could not be retrieved. Our users are running on Windows Server ’08 standard. Their computers are on Windows XP SP3. We have just upgraded to Exchange ’07 and MS Office ’07. There is one problematic user. When the others are opening the scheduling assistant and try to add this user, it says that the data couldn’t be retrieved. Data of other users are viewable by us. I can also access the data using Office ’03. All users have the reviewer rights so we can view his calendar and see his events. I have tried to open Outlook with CleanFreeBusy but nothing happened.

I have a problem with my Microsoft Outlook 2007. It displays the sender’s name instead of the e-mail address. I cannot retrieve the address by double clicking the name or by clicking the “show header”. When I reply to such mails, Outlook tells me that it can’t recognize the name (not found on my address book). When I use Windows Mail, I did not encounter this problem. Anyone can explain me why is this happened? Thanks!

When the Windows Operating System is unable to boot neither in normally or in safe mood then how can I retrieve Microsoft Outlook's data? Your suggestions would be highly appreciated in this regard.

Cannot log on to regular account using Outlook 2007 due to Microsoft Exchange. Everytime I open MS Outlook 2007, MS Exchange wants to log on. I get the error saying that MS Exchange is unavailable and that Outlook can’t log on, saying that I need to verify if I am connected to the network.
I am running on Vista and my default mail is Gmail. How do I prevent this behavior and delete MS Exchange?
I tried to delete Exchange in my accounts but the system prevents me from doing so, saying that the configuration info is being copied.
Please help me.

Hello and Good day!
I have a little problem which i know you could help me. Please guide me this. One of our users still uses Window XP program and she’s getting a new computer next week.
How do we move her email to Windows 7 if she's using Outlook 2003? Is there any conflict or just let it be. Thank you…

Outlook 2007 is the most commonly used PIM that can be synched with a BlackBerry, so I installed it only to find out that I don’t like the different dialogs that contain items that I think would be useless for me. I don’t even like its UI. I’m thinking that there must be some alternatives aside from Outlook 2007. It would be great if this alternative could be directly synched with BlackBerry, but I’m okay with something that can be synched with Outlook. Can you help me?
