I just updated my Mac to 10.9.5 and and I keep getting a error message when I try to open Excel. I tried to reinstall Excel but in vain. I still get an error. My MS Office Suite is a old version of 2010. I don't want to buy a new version so please suggest me a fix for this. I get the error message, 'Fatal Error!'.

Hello everyone! I just made a graph in MS Excel but now I have to use it in other programs and for that I guess I will have to export from Excel. I want the graph in jpg format/file but the problem is that I didn’t find this option in Excel. It only allows me to save as a pdf format file or an html format file. Please suggest some ideas, what can I do now? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi everyone! I was working on a Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation and I saved it. Later I opened it again to edit it but the problem is that I cannot edit this PowerPoint presentation. Apparently it has been opened in the read only mode making it impossible for me to make any sort of editing. If I try to uncheck the read only box by going in properties, a message is shown which shows that only the system administrator can change this setting. I mean I am the system administrator so why this message? Please Help! Thank You!

Hello everyone! I have a very important statistical document which is in the Portable Document Format (PDF). But I want to convert this multi page PDF file into Excel 2007 spreadsheet with the possibility to set field by field the columns headers of the of the resulting Excel file. Hi! Yesterday I was working on Excel and suddenly it starting saving files as read only for some strange reasons that I don’t know as yet. I have checked it in the tools->general options setting and the read only option is not selected over there. Then why is it that files are being saved in read only mode? How can I get around this problem? Help!

Hello everyone! I have prepared a 350 page book with numbered pages. I want to begin the numbered pages at Page 6. I don't mind if Page 6 is numbered 1 or 6. However, the page numbers button on the Insert Section does not provide for this, in that the Format Numbers 'start at page 6' option puts that number onto the first page, whereas I want the first 5 pages to be unnumbered. Can you help, please?

Hi! I have always heard that MS Excel has been used in a wide range of applications over the years but recently I heard something very surprising. Apparently, a lot of people have used it before as an alternative to database management systems. I mean is it possible to actually use MS Excel to store your important data in the form of files because obviously MS Excel has different functionalities and it seems very inappropriate to use it for storing data in form of files
