Hello, I have registered for Firefox but I have not received my confirmation email. I only have one email account and I have checked my junk folder. It has been a couple hours and I have refreshed twice but I am not seeing the email and I am getting frustrated. Any suggestions to help me? Thank you.

I am having issues and I think I need to refresh Firefox, but if I reset back to factory default, I'm afraid of the repercussions.  I like how Firefox works, but the issues I am having I am guessing I need to do this.  If I do this, will it keep my bookmarks, etc.?  Is there any recommendation not to do this?  Thank you.

I use Google Chrome as my browser, but I am hearing more and more about Firefox and the benefits.  Does anyone have a recommendation or any pros/cons in this scenario?  I have no issues with Google Chrome but I am looking for the best experience possible and I am just looking for opinions.  Thank you.

I'm really annoyed with Opera. Whenever I try to open it, my PC restarts. I can't figure out what's causing the problem. I have tried to reinstall it but I'm still facing the same problem. Few days ago, my PC restarted when I clicked on it while it was on the taskbar. Please help me to find a solution this problem. 

I really don't know what's wrong with my PC or with Mozilla Firefox. I downloaded the latest version of Firefox from filehippo.com but when I install it, it says that a new version of Mozilla is available but it doesn't download any packages if I click on download. The dialog box disappears and yet it again appears after some time with the same message.

I am unable to download anything. A few days ago, my downloading stop I thought it is a temporary problem. But the problem does not resolve. Now I cannot download anything from the internet. As I think there is no problem with the internet as it is working well with other systems.

I am currently facing a problem when accessing YouTube. I am unable to access some videos on the website. ‘The video you are trying to access is not available in your country’ is the message that is being displayed in the video. Is that a problem on my end and is there any other way to view the video?

I really appreciate using chrome browser. I use it mostly for my work. The recent update has been causing me a few problem. The new feature of profiles have been the main source of predicaments. Is there a way to get rid of the profiles setting of chrome? I have to login to get access to all my pre-set features and this is time consuming

I want to convert youtube videos into audio files. What program can be used to achieve this task and also can I be proposed one which undertakes batch works? Also, I want to know if the quality of the audio will be affected. Given that transcoding video into audio files pose any copy write issue?

I was trying to connect my wii to the internet the other day and I was asked repeatedly for my MAC address. What is a MAC address? What is it used for other than the Wii? I noticed that MAC addresses are found on many devices such as mobile phones and tablets. Can anyone tell me why?
