Can we quickly indexed photos that we post in blogger?

I also own a blog about photography and obviously most of my posts are photos.

They say that I order to get decent page rank and be noticed by big guys like Google and yahoo, you need to make rich text about your blog.

I'm no good in writing. 

But luckily, I've heard there is a technique wherein you can easily index your photos even if you don't have any text about it. Is this true?

If yes, how can I do it?

Can I have multiple accounts in adsense?

Just wondering if I can apply for multiple accounts in adsense. I have my own account but wanted to get more to make it as a back up once my first account got banned or something. Is this allowed?

Can I use a single adsense account in multiple blogs? 

I own several blogs. I have 5 blogs all in all. I just got my adsense account and wondering if I can use these single account to all my blogs. Just thought that this technique will help me to earn more money. Is this allowed?

Tools to check my search engine rank.

I know we use tools to check our blog's PR.

I just wonder if there are also tools that being used to check ranks in a certain search engine like Google, yahoo and msn.

Can someone provide me the complete link?

I know they get traffic when their blogs got high PR's.

It's like a badge for bloggers.

Ironically, I don't know how to detect my own PR.

I found a basic blogging tutorial on how my site will be easily indexed in search engines. The tutorial from Techie Agent – Basic Blogging Tutorials is great. I easily understand what the author of that blog says. I've been searching more tutorials about indexing my page to search engines but I found out that most of the blogs offer same technique. I wonder if someone know more aside from the tutorial that I learned from Techie Agent's blog.

Why does I get PR2 to PR0?
Honestly, I am pissed off with this PR system. I'm frustrated to get higher PR2 because they say that it will help me to improve my blog especially with traffic. Unfortunately, I just checked my PR2 to blog if there are any progress but to my surprise it went down to 0. I'm so frustrated. I don't know if I did something wrong. What i only did is giving comments and linking my blog.

I would also be logging in to the cloud instance from my office. The concern is that highly sensitive traffic flows in and out of the cloud instance and i need to maintain the secrecy of the information. The cloud's hosting facility should not be able to view what is being transferred.
