This morning I’ve got a problem when using the VMCLite V 3.2.1. So I just reinstall this again on Windows 7 in my Pc.

Then, when I plug the modem in, it installs for a certain time, and an error message appears:

I used edge modem of citycel. But I do not get necessary speed for download and suddenly disconnect from the internet. What is the solution of this problem in the internet using?
