Hi guys.  I need your help.  I would like to create an internet technology blog to expand my audience base.  How do I publish my articles on the internet and what software would I need?  I make my articles using my iPhone 5 with iOS 6.  Can I also use my iPhone for publishing my articles?

I just installed the Anno 2070 game on my laptop.  The gameplay is a bit choppy at 60 fps so I'm wondering if there is an Anno 2070 fps booster?  My laptop has an Intel Core i5 processor, 4 GB RAM, 1 GB Nvidia Geforce Graphics Card, 500 GB HDD and Windows 7 64 bit.  Is it the settings or my video card hardware?
