File Servers

I’m using a windows 7 OS on my computer and I can’t share a file using my file sharing port. I encounter the server message block while I’m trying to share a file. I’ve seen forums using PING to check the connectivity of the file sharing. How can I check on what is the problem? Thank you for your response

Good day. I’ve transferred some data from direct server to server FTP client. After doing so, my supervisor informed some data needed to be adjusted and edited, which I did. My question is, do I need to transfer the edited files again from direct server to server FTP client or is it automatically edited?

Hallo there!

I have purchased a Check point VPN client to use in securing my networks and filtering of data exchange. I would like the same to filter the traffic and act as my sole network firewall protection. Is it possible and is it okay to configure it on a Windows Server 2008 platform? Thanks for your invaluable and prompt response.

Hello,

I have a very basic knowledge of Indy and Delphi, because I am the newcomer in this. I need the Delphi xe2 Indy FTP client example which is ready made and in written. I have used the example given on the indyproject site, however, it is not correct in working. Moreover, Delphi tells me that FTP work has an incompatible parameter and when I try to make the connection of my ft server the example crashes with a Eprivilege exception.

I will be thankful for any help as well as for the source of correct example.

Hi! How do I configure my Blackberry by following the playbook VPN support provided with it? I have been able to follow every step but nothing seems to work. I am working on a shared platform and I would like to maintain a high level of security since I handle sensitive information. Further, I would like to track information to know if my clients are actually working within the stipulated times of our agreement.
