I just purchased a PTCL EVO 3G Wireless Broadband USB stick with 3.1 Mbps broadband speed.  I insert it on my Mac, but I'm always having a connection error.  How do I manually configure PTCL connect in Mac?  I have an iMac with OSx Mountain Lion.

I'm trying to download Aventail Mobile Connect for my iPhone to have a secure proxy connection. 

Why is it that the down load Aventail iPhone stops halfway thru the download?
