Hi guys, I have many videos which have to be converted and compressed for which I was searching a video conversion software so I came to know about Evom.This software is said to include all the features a video conversion software should have plus it can convert any video type to iTunes compatible.Is it true? As I never used it before if you have used it or have any idea about it please help me

I have this problem with iTunes. I am the only user on my PC and I have all the administrator rights. All the time it says that the program is opened by another user. I close all the unnecessary processes and even the reboot is not helping. Does anyone have any idea about this weird error ?
