I want to know which device is the best. An Ultrabook or an Apple Mac Book?

Apple's new iPod Nano is wonderful. It has a lot of amazing features. Especially the fitness feature is helpful and remarkable. But is it water resistant? 

It looks hefty, what are the unique features that makes it different from other audio boosting accessories?

If the New Apple Mac Book Pro with Retina Display has a crisp screen resolution which shows great outcome specially in pictures, you think it would also be good for gaming? Does it support games?

I am having synchronization problem in my ipod. When I try to sync the iPod, the computer immediately freezes. The computer doesn't stay frozen after I unplug the iPod. It immediately unfreezes and the cursor is in a different place, f I moved the mouse. In that case the computer is still responding, but it won't bring up iTunes or charge. What is the solution for this problem? 

Apple is playing hard to get with the newest Mac Book Pro. It seems that it is out of stock. The price is also too hot. There are of two kinds:

15-inch 2.3GHz Retina display

 15-inch 2.6GHz Retina display

 There has been lot of anticipation with Apples’ iOS 6. But some people are saying that the new OS has some applications that are quite disappointing. For example The Apple maps. It does not have much detail. Can you please tell me how this application differs from Google map? How Apple is going to treat this issue?
