Why is my HP stream 13 laptop making a very loud squeaky noise when the 's' key is touched? The laptop is about a month old and I recently pressed the "s" key and it got stuck in the keyboard. But I kept using it until now it makes a really loud squeaky noise. How can i get this to go away and what caused this?

I am trying to print multiple pages from a pdf file. But no matter what I try my Canon printer will only print the first page. I really need to print them out at one time. Right now I am having to view one page at a time to print this file.

I found out that there are anti-virus apps available, but I need to ask if they are available for the Samsung Galaxy.  If so, are they worth purchasing/downloading?  I'm afraid of getting a virus on my phone but don't want to spend time on this if it isn't worthwhile.  Thank you.

I often use images in my personal business and I look for general items such as food, coffee, etc.  Sometimes I take photos myself and other times I look for images.  I notice some state you cannot use them unless you have permission, but others I do not notice.  Does anyone know the rights around photos if they do not make this statement?  Thank you.

I keep getting a notification that my Adobe Flash player 16.0.0.305 need to update. But when I go check for updates there is not anything to update. Do I need to re install my Flash Player or is this a problem with Firefox? I would like to get rid of this message from popping up.

I've recently started a new job and I need a second monitor.  I have everything set up, but I cannot get my screen to show on both monitors.  I need to view Word on one monitor and Excel on the other.  Can anyone assist with the steps so I can not only use this function, but get it to appear this way whenever I boot up?  Thank you.

I really would like to turn on my lights when it gets dark when I am out.  Also to be able to turn on and off my crockpot to make supper would also be really nice.  Is there a way to use my iPhone to do this? I would prefer to do it without buying any additional modules.

I recently purchased a brand new iPhone 6 and I barely have downloaded any apps or taken any photos.  I keep getting a warning that storage is almost full.  I do have email loaded but I never got storage notification due to email on my 4S.  Any suggestions or trouble shooting tips before I take the phone in?  I don't want to reload everything, I'm hoping this is just a glitch, and I would appreciate any recommendations.  Thank you.

Hello, I have a bluetooth mouse and recently the device started giving me a low battery indication.  I replaced the batteries and I am still getting the warning, so I replaced them again.  I have turned the device on and off and I cannot seem to find the problem.  The mouse is not that old so I don't suspect it is broken, but maybe that is the issue.  Are there any other trouble shooting techniques I should try before I breakdown and buy a new one?  Thanks.

I am looking for a way to store my work.  I was using a USB drive and lost it so now I want something I'm not afraid to lose.  I've been using Drop Box but today I started looking at Google Drive.  Are there any reasons I should switch, or any reasons why one might be better than the other?  Thank you.
