When I launched Holdem Manager, I received an error code, “An error occurred while updating…ERROR XX001.” I am at lost here. What does this mean?

Do I have to re-install the manager?

I cannot get into any session.

Please, does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

Someone please help me with this, the ITM Bankroll Manager software shows this pop-up which says, ”attempting to write a read only database,” then prompts me to click “OK” to ignore and risk data corruption or “Cancel.” What do I do?

And what causes this pop-up?

It gives me an error message telling me that “PKR.exe” is not found.

Where can I find this executable file?

Or is mine corrupted?

I need someone who can help me. Whenever I launch my Holdem Manager, it tells me that it cannot open a “library.dll.”

I get to thinking that maybe it got corrupted or something went wrong during an update.

I cannot launch the application without this file, can I?

Greetings.

I am having a problem with Holdem Manager.

When I launched the program, it prompted me for a client update. However, I receive this error whenever I do: “An error occurred while updating your DB (Big pots support): the connection is broken.”

It says the connection is broken but I have no problem concerning my internet connection, at least in my end.

How do I fix this? Is there anyone else having this error? Please get back to me as soon as you can.
