My Lotus notes have some rules. Such as it only allows me to forward to a folder created in my mailbox. But I can’t do this to external email address. Can you suggest?

I want to check my hotmail account. But my computer does not allow me to access to any website based on email. Should I try Lotus notes?

I can’t understand what’s happening in our Exchange 2003 network. We have many users in our network. But user 1 can not share user 2’s calendar. I mean user 1 can share all other’s calendar and user 2’s calendar can be shared by all other users. All Users have Office 2003 except user 2 has Office 2007. Is there any solution?

I am trying to make a presentation in PowerPoint. I have put two songs there but when the first song started it never stops though the second one starts playing. I have used trim audio in that presentation but its not working. I want the 1st song to stop when the second one start.

I am using a shared mailbox 123. I log into that mailbox as I login to my own in outlook. But when I send mails from that shared account, those sent mails saved in my own mailbox. I want them to save in shared mailbox account. How to solve that problem?

In our corporate exchange server 2003, we are using Outlook 2007 SP1 on Windows XP SP2 in order to access emails. I am having problem here with putting address in the address space. While doing this it takes 5-15 seconds and my email windows hangs up until auto suggestion comes up. I tried some solutions but it recommends deleting .NK2 file which just helped reducing the waiting time. Is there any other solution?

We are using Exchange 2003 Enterprise ED SP2. Is it possible to install Outlook client in our computer? We have installed Office 2003 in it but must need to have Outlook. Can anyone suggest how to?
