Hello Gurus,

It was the first time I encountered such problem with Notepad since I started using it for creating and editing scripts. 

I was then saving my edited new script by choosing “Save As”, when the error message below popped up.

Am I missing something?  Is there a workaround here?

My Windows Is XP Service Pack 2, I have a lot of data on my hard disk, But sometimes I get a message that says I did not find necessary file, But i am unable to realize why this message appearing any times and basically in windows startup.

Help me in solving this.

I was so happy with installing VLC Player because it was so versatile and I was able to open my voice recorder file with it.  However, one time I got this error message (below) and need to close VLC Player.  I tried reinstalling it several times but still I got the same error message.

I hope someone can give me a step by step procedure on how to resolve this problem ASAP.

I was executing a Java Program in one of the PCs in the office when I encountered the error message below.  The Java Program was running well in the other PCs. 

I am just a new Java programmer and so please help me on how to troubleshoot the problem in this one PC.

What level of protection a trail antivirus will give compare to genuine.

Generally a trail anti virus have some limited period but my question is within that limited period i will full protection?

If not then up to what percentage it will give compare to genuine.

I was using an office in-house built program and had trouble using it one time when I encountered this error upon starting said program.  The error message seemed to display a Java error but this is so technical for me since I am just a user.  I was just wondering that it was working fine yesterday but now I cannot use it.  I know I have Java installed on my PC.

We started using Microsoft Word Web App in the office but I am encountering this problem wherein I cannot open a document.  I can’t open the document with MS Word since I don’t have one installed in my office PC. 

Can I troubleshoot and resolve this by myself or I might need our technical support guy? If I can troubleshoot this by myself, the please give advise.  Thanks!

Hello there!

My McAfee Security Center just indicated that my PC is not protected. It says that Action required on Computer & Files and Emails & IM. I tried clicking on the button Fix but it seems nothing happened because the status did not change. 

I am using XP and tried reinstalling McAfee. However, this did not change the protection status, it still indicated NO. 

I am positive that my license has not expired yet. What am I missing? What should I do?

I just got started in using OpenOffice for my database when this error message displayed. 

I downloaded OpenOffice from a website and I know I have JRE installed in my PC.  Can I just uninstall and reinstall Java?  Reinstallation might affect other software in my PC that uses Java. 

Please provide exact steps on how to install JRE so as not to ruin other software.
