I have this disk WD Ext 300 Go for Pat for three years. I recently receive error message 0x800701e3 when I try to copy or send files from the laptop to an external drive. I tried to call completely different USB ports on the laptop with the same error message. I ran chkdsk from the laptop on the drive, but the problem persists. I saved the files from the external drive and formatted the drive. but no success. Any suggestions for correcting the problem? Thank you.

I saw a file in my windows task manager with name tcl83 dll and it shows the processes as running but when I run the program associated with it. An error message prompts saying tcl83 dll is missing. Can someone bring up a solution to this error?

I cannot access Windows updates, the web page is not even loaded and error code 80072eff windows update XP is displayed. According to my AVG antivirus, I have an outbreak called Win32 Patched. I can play CDA files on my desktop. However, I cannot play similar CDA files on my laptop. I get an error code C00D1199.
