I have new Samsung star 3 from my friend. I was impressed because at first this is good. But on the following day I found difficulty in its screen I can  make it into fill screen mode. I tried to find the menu but I was I afraid  maybe the setting is the problem.

My computer is running in Vista. The OS is doing its normal updates and I always looked the Live Essentials. I have not been able to use Windows Live Photo Gallery as of yet. But when I try to open a picture, an error box comes up saying "An error is preventing the photo or video from being displayed". The version of this software is 2009 Build 14.0.8081.709.

I recently brought a new Samsung Star 3. At beginning it was good, but recently it show some issues.

It is with its full screen changing, usually it goes to full screen when I hold it vertically. But now it is not going to full screen mode.

I tried rotating it, no use. Some one please help me with this.
