Hi everyone,

I was trying to view PDF documents in the web but am getting errors every time. Type of error is shown below.

Can I get help?

The Adobe Acrobat/Reader that is running can not be used to view PDF files in a Web Browser. Adobe Acrobat/Reader version 8 or 9 is required. Please exit and try again

Adobe PDF cannot show web document

You are trying to view a PDF on web and getting this error. Analyzing the error message, I can say that you have got no problem with your browser or your PC. You have to upgrade your PDF reader.

Adobe Reader is a great PDF reader that is used largely. It also supports web view of PDF files. It simply installs a small plug-in in the web browser and using the plug-in, it loads the necessary files and open the PDF.

There are many PDF files created with different coding versions. It seems like you are using an old version of Adobe Reader that has got no decoding method of opening the file.

Go to Filehippo and download the latest version. It will surely solve your issue.
