Link your contacts2. Link your calendar etcetera. There is no difference between a distribution list and contact list. The formerly contact list is called as the distribution list. The Contact list is a collection of the contacts. It helps the user to send emails to a group of people.

For example, if you want to send the same message to a team then, you can create a distribution list/contact list — called "A-Team". To edit distribution list just go to address list and click on edit.
