I need updated driver USB UART Dell

Hello there.  I recently upgraded the OS of my Dell from Windows 7 to Windows 8.  FT232R USB UART driver has an exclamation point in device manager.  Where do I find the updated driver USB UART Dell?  I have the Dell Latitude E6420 XFR that has an Intel Core i5 processor.  Thanks.
