Error opening FF4 after updating

After updating to FF4, I have an error message (see below) that comes up every time I open FF4. What do I need to do to get rid of the message?

Error opening FF4 after updating

Hi Jgulliver,

You can try to first use the thumbnail view on your firefox settings. It will take a long time to upload. Just wait for it. Once it is done, you can revert it back and the error should have gone away.

Another option for you is to click on Help then go to About Firefox. If there are any furthers upgrades and updates available, please try to install and download it on your computer. It should resolved the error from coming out.

Your last option would be to uninstall and reinstall getting the latest version installer from firefox’s website.
