Upload speed hindered after installing 12.0.2.026 patch

I installed 12.0.2.026 patch, the latest version.

Now, I can upload my website and the speed of upload have decreased.

On top of this, the upload process stops just after 2 or 3 minutes without any reason.

It’s turning out to be very troublesome for me.

The picture attached shows how it happens.

There was an error opening remote file 7579.jpg for writing. (OpenRequest failed)

Upload speed hindered after installing 12.0.2.026 patch

You have to specify which software are you using which you updated using a patch. The screen shot only tells the error and nothing else. By looking at the error there is something wrong with the permissions of either the software or the ftp server that you are using.

The update might be initiated new set of rules that you need to configure. However there is a chance that it is really something wrong with your ftp server.

The only thing you can try is to delete the software and use the old version to see if the problem still exists. I would recommend you to use FileZilla as it is the most reliable ftp browser for your site. It is a secure software and it does not have any errors like that. In-fact it boosts up your uploading speed and it also has the resume support.
