Your question is a bit vague but as far as i have understood it, you are trying to access a website in your web browser and it fails to load. It seems to me that you have a connectivity issue or the website you are trying to access has server issues. You can start the diagnosing process by going to bottom right of your computer screen and check the icon for connectivity.

If you are connected to internet you should try to browse another website to see if your browser is able to load it properly. If it doesn't work, your connectivity is limited. You can go to the connectivity icon again to the bottom right and right click it. Press Troubleshoot. The repair option can vary depending on your OS.

If problem exists, after you have done the process, you should check if your internet hardware is properly connected and functional. If everything fails, you should contact your Internet service provider for further help.

From what I have understood from your question, you try to open a certain website with your browser and it does not come up? And there is no certain warning that comes after a while? It seems to me that you have a problem with your internet browser, you may want to try another type of web browser.

Or you may have problems with your internet connectivity, try checking the bottom right part of your computer screen, there you can find a connectivity icon. See if you have an internet connection, if not try resolving the problem with your internet provider. Do try to open another type of website just to check, it may be that the site you are trying to open has server problems at the moment.

The problem with the template is your website or problem with links so when clicking on the links it will go to PHP 404.

You can use WordPress or another template in website, sometimes reloading the page from the server resolve the problem by pressing CTRL+F5.
