I have a small business that requires a lot of paper work. As I’m getting tired with all these too many papers, I’m considering switching to the so-called paperless business. I’ve heard of this IBM document imaging family, how do you think they can assist me in processing a paperless business? Kindly let me know as I’m really keen to learn how this paperless business is done. Thanks.

        IBM Document Imaging Family is a great tool to help you manage your documents, it automates the documents so you have lesser hard copied documents and increases flexibility in your business. It lets you share your documents for viewing and annotation and this lets you manage the process workflows as well. You also save a lot of money with storage. There are a lot of IBM Document Imaging Family editions:

• FileNet IDM Desktop/ Web Services /Open Client – This easily integrates with document creation software like MS Office and Outlook. Not very complex to implement on a large network. This also provides standard Windows explorer interface so you don’t need to adapt much with the software.
