Why Xbox freezes when EA attempted to connect to the server?

Hi,

I have arranged my friend’s new game the same process I did with mine. But why is it that when he tried using it, his Xbox freezes when EA attempted to connect to the server? I have been doing such kind of process for many times already that is why I think everything I did is correct. Please help me find out a solution for this.

Why Xbox freezes when EA attempted to connect to the server?

What is the memory capacity of your friend's computer? The reason as to why the Xbox freezes when you attempt to connect it to the server could be because your friend's computer is running on low memory capacity that cannot be able to handle the Xbox application, and therefore you will need to do the following:

• On the computer click on start, and then locate My Computer.
• Right click on it and then choose System Properties.
• In the window that will open, check how big is the  RAM capacity.
• In case it is less than 4 GB, then you will need to upgrade it to boost the performance of the computer.
