Can anyone help me locate certain Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) questionnaires online so that I can access the basic computer skills and provide the necessary training to the staffs in my new IT department?

Hi Genelyn,

If I understood your question correctly, you want online tests to assess the skills and learning of your staff in your department. I assume you have already taught them skills used in MS office and now want to see how much they have learned. If that is the case, I can recommend some websites that you can use.

If you want to use paid certifications and quality services, you can use BrainBench tests. If you want to do it for personal usage and without any costs, there are other free websites available like Testworld and Employ Test.

Thanks Nikki for those links. I am not really familiar in using different software of Ms office such as ms word, excel and powerpoint but I really need to learn it for personal and job reasons. I am really glad you helped me. Thanks
