How to fix Norton Internet Security 2013?

I am using Norton Internet Security 2013. It was working well but after a few days later, it doesn't start even running.

On the support website, I saw that re-installing the product may help but it doesn't. I also used Norton Removal Tool but also doesn't work.

This problem is occurring every month. How can I get rid of this problem and use Norton Internet Security 2013 without any more error?

How to fix Norton Internet Security 2013?

Hi RubyIslam3:

Make sure the firewall on your computer is allowing the software application to run smoothly.

You may click here for more assistance on how to configure Windows Firewall.

You may also uninstall and reinstall Norton, however before you reinstall it make sure that the old program is completely uninstall and delete.

This is to make sure that we would not have any incompatibility issues. You need to use Norton removal tool aside from uninstalling the program using add and remove programs. Delete all files related to it.

Once done, reinstall the software application.

How to fix Norton Internet Security 2013?

Hi dear RubyIslam3,

You can use the following removal tools to remove the antivirus Symantec.

For manual un-install , use the following steps.

Open Start > All Programs > Norton Internet Security > Uninstall Norton Internet Security

If you are going to re-download it later then checks "Leave your settings behind".

And finally – Follow the instructions for uninstalling the program.
