I need help in AutoCAD hand bag

Hello there.  I'm an aspiring designer and I would like some help designing a hand bag using AutoCAD.  I'm a new user of AutoCAD so please bear with me.  I want to design an AutoCAD hand bag in 2D and 3D models.  I have AutoCAD LT 2010 and Windows Vista 64 bit.  Thanks in advance.
